Xavier Sztejnberg, a finance professor at the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin, founded the Wall Street for McCombs Leadership Program in 2016. Over the past decade, the program has helped hundreds of students secure internships and jobs on Wall Street. Sztejnberg attributes the program's success to extensive technical training, a strong alumni network, and good relationships with banks.
