Dr. Munjal Shroff, a psychiatrist in Atlanta, used an AI healthcare app called Healz AI to help navigate his wife's rare cancer diagnosis. After his wife experienced unexplained symptoms in fall 2025, the app assisted in tracking information and encouraged seeking another opinion, leading to a diagnosis of rare T-cell lymphoma. Shroff was so impressed that he invested in the early-stage startup, which is backed by Alexey Dosovitskiy, cofounder of Recursive Superintelligence.
