Police have smashed kidnap gangs and arrested murder suspects nationwide, resulting in the rescue of 34 victims. Iniedu said 30 of the victims were rescued in Sokoto after operatives and military personnel engaged armed bandits who attacked passenger vehicles. The operations led to the freeing of the victims and the arrest of suspects. The police continue to crack down on criminal activities across the country.
