President Bola Tinubu has called on newly commissioned officers of the Nigerian Armed Forces to uphold the Constitution, protect Nigerians, and safeguard the nation's economy. The charge was delivered on his behalf by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dr Tajudeen Abbas, at the combined passing-out parade of the Nigerian Defence Academy in Kaduna. The parade included cadets from the 73 Regular Course, Short Service Course 49, Direct Short Service Course 34, and Branch Commission Course 3. Tinubu commended the NDA Commandant and his team for transforming the cadets into battle-ready, intellectually equipped, and morally grounded leaders, noting the Academy's evolution since its establishment in 1964.
