Operatives uncovered a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory in Enugu State and arrested two suspected kingpins. The operation followed months of intelligence gathering and surveillance. The NDLEA described the syndicate as a sophisticated Nigerian-Mexican cartel allegedly established to manufacture methamphetamine in commercial quantities.
