The call was made at the Ministerial Meeting of the Group of Friends of Victims of Terrorism held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, co-convened by Spain and Iraq on the sidelines of the ongoing United Nations General Assembly. He said behind these figures are families displaced and lives shattered.
