A Nigerian-German entrepreneur, Georgia Oviesu, has unveiled a tuition-free school called The Bennie Griffins Academy (BGA) in Adiyan, Ogun State. The school, which provides basic needs such as uniforms, meals, socks, and learning materials, has enrolled about 50 children. Oviesu, an 18-year-old recording artiste also known as 'Gia Réi', said she was inspired to establish the school after observing children in the community selling items on the streets instead of attending school. The initiative aims to close the gap in access to quality education for children whose families cannot afford it.
