Operatives of the Delta State Police Command have arrested Lucky Adoh, an aide to the Commissioner for Secondary Education, Dr Kingsley Ashibogwu, over the death of Mr Unity Ekpevbughe Adeda, a Deputy Director in the ministry. The Command's spokesperson, Bright Edafe, said police have launched a manhunt for two other suspects, Enos Attah and Oputa Okestine, in connection with the death. According to Edafe, the deceased died following an incident at the Commissioner's office in Asaba, Delta State. The Command noted allegations that the deceased was physically assaulted by the commissioner's aides.
