Jalen Brunson will host the season 52 premiere of "Saturday Night Live" on September 26, 2026, making him the latest athlete to try his hand at live sketch comedy at Studio 8H. In over 1,000 episodes of the show, just 36 athletes have hosted, including Charles Barkley, Travis Kelce, Michael Jordan, Ronda Rousey, Wayne Gretzky, LeBron James, Nancy Kerrigan, and Michael Phelps. Brunson, a Knicks star, joins this rare club of athletes who have hosted the show.
