Police in Bauchi State have arrested Lukman Alhaji Nasiru, 26, of Garin Malam Village in Gamawa Local Government Area. Nasiru is accused of luring and raping a 50-year-old mentally ill woman on the outskirts of Garin Malam. The command's Public Relations Officer, SP Nafiu Habib, disclosed the arrest in a statement made available to journalists.
