A consortium led by Ardova Plc has agreed to acquire Powergas in a move to expand its Compressed Natural Gas business and support Nigeria's transition to cleaner energy. The acquisition is part of efforts to boost the use of CNG as an alternative fuel. The deal aims to contribute to the country's cleaner energy drive.
