Chief Taoreed Faronbi, known as "Baba Alado," died at the age of 83 in the early hours of Saturday, September 26, 2026. Until his death, he was the Olori Ebi (Head) of the Alagbeji Royal Family in Papa. Politicians, socialites, and transport workers in Lagos State, including MC Oluomo, have mourned his passing.
