Mrs. Rose Idibia, a retired teacher and mother of music legend Innocent '2Baba' Idibia, attended her son's birthday dinner and album listening party at Balmoral Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. She expressed joy at his continued success and described him as a chosen child. In an interview, she reflected on how 2Baba developed his passion for music and her family's initial plans for him. She also stated that most of the things said or written about 2Baba are lies.
