The People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi State recorded a boost to its grassroots mobilisation on Wednesday. More than 200 members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Labour Party (LP) defected to the PDP. The defection is seen as a gain for the PDP ahead of the 2027 elections.
