The Rivers State agency responsible for waste management has partnered with the Mayor of Housing to address the refuse menace in Port Harcourt, the capital of the South-South region. As part of the collaboration, receptacles will soon be placed at strategic locations across the Garden City. The initiative aims to tackle the growing waste problem that has come under attack in the city.
