The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has issued a seven-day ultimatum to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to account for $6.23 million in allegedly diverted election funds and over N1.63 trillion in other public funds. SERAP warned that failure to provide the accounts could lead to legal action. The organization is demanding transparency and accountability in the management of these funds.
