The Adeda family has rejected the Delta State Government's Administrative Panel of Inquiry into the death of Mr Ekuevugbe Adeda, as well as a proposed condolence visit. In a statement posted on Facebook by Lloyd Sodje Adeda, the family cited lack of confidence in the panel and demanded that certain issues be addressed first. They listed three reasons, including that the chief prime suspect, Dr Kingsley Ashibogwu, and other suspects have not been brought to book. The family also alleged that a commissioner accused of being involved has not been held accountable.
