Daniel Dantus spent over eight years at Boston Consulting Group after graduating from the University of Michigan in 2011. He later moved to Juul and now works at Skan AI, a startup that analyzes how work happens across a company. Dantus says leaving consulting taught him how to build, and he advises that if a job does not work out as expected, one can always get another.
