The Nigerian Navy recovered 33,800 litres of petroleum products in the Niger Delta under Operation DELTA SENTINEL. The operation was conducted by personnel of Nigerian Navy Ship SOROH on Friday. Acting on intelligence, they deactivated two illegal refining sites in Ogbogolo Community, Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State. The recovery included 28,520 litres of illegally refined Automotive Gas Oil and 5,280 litres of stolen crude oil.
