Their use cases included reserving library books, collecting K-pop merchandise, and reminding an editor to call his mother. Editor-in-chief Jamie Heller used Muse to identify an unclear credit card charge after ChatGPT could not figure it out. The staffers shared what worked and what did not in their experiences with the AI agents.
