Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has been ruled out of Portugal's Nations League clash against Norway on Sunday due to a fitness issue. Fernandes was substituted late in Portugal's 1-0 win over Wales on Thursday. Portugal manager Jorge Jesus confirmed that Fernandes will not feature in Oslo and revealed that the midfielder has been playing through pain in recent matches for Manchester United. Jesus said he prefers not to risk Fernandes and wants him fit for the Denmark game.
