Academic activities remain suspended at three Lagos State-owned universities as the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) continues its strike, which began on September 15. The strike affects Lagos State University, Lagos State University of Education, and Lagos State University of Science and Technology. ASUU-LASU Coordinator Dr Oluwaseun Babalola said the state government has not initiated dialogue or provided feedback on the union's demands, including full domestication of the 2025 Federal Government/ASUU agreement.
