The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has given the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) seven days to account for $6.23 million allegedly spent on election funding and other public funds. The demand follows an Auditor-General's report citing the expenditure. SERAP is seeking transparency and accountability in the use of public funds.
