Nigeria's petroleum regulators, leading oil and gas producers, fiscal institutions, and measurement technology providers from around the world will gather in Lagos for the 6th Nigeria Hydrocarbon Measurement Conference. The three-day conference will hold at the Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, from October 6 to 8, 2026. The forum focuses on hydrocarbon measurement and accounting, which determines how much oil and gas the country produces and how much revenue reaches operators, host communities, and the Federation. The Chief Executives of NUPRC and NMDPRA will deliver keynote addresses.
