Don’t vote those who denied me ticket – Goje tells supporters

Former Governor of Gombe State and Senator representing Gombe Central, Muhammad Danjuma Goje, has directed his supporters not to vote for those who worked against his return ticket to the senate. Addressing supporters at his residence in Gombe on Sunday, Goje told them not to vote for the two House of Representatives candidates from Akko and Yamaltu/Deba Federal Constituency, as well as the Gombe Central senatorial candidate of his party. Political observers said Goje was referring to All Progressives Congress candidates in the forthcoming general elections. The candidates named are DCP Mohammed Ahmed (Rtd) for Gombe Central, Hon. Usman Bello Kumo for Akko Federal Constituency and Hon. Inuwa Garba for Yamaltu/Deba Federal Constituency.
