The Dangote Group has announced its Vision 2030 plan, aiming for over $115 billion in group turnover and $35 billion in annual profit by 2030. The plan includes nearly $50 billion in new investments across Africa, such as an $8 billion LNG plant and a new refinery in Lamu, Kenya. Aliko Dangote, President and Group Chief Executive of Dangote Industries Limited, revealed these details during a visit by Kenyan President William Ruto to the Dangote Petroleum Refinery in Lagos. The visit also highlighted the arrival of the first 2,930-tonne cargo for the $17 billion Lamu Refinery, with a flag-off set for Wednesday.
