Muhibbat Abass, a student at Akram's College of Health Science and Technology in Niger State, has revealed that 14 members of her family were among over 500 worshippers abducted during terrorist attacks on four Juma'at mosques in Borgu Local Government Area. The abductions occurred on August 21 in Dekara, Kpenya, Sabon-Gida, and Gidan-Zana communities. Two days later, the terrorists released a video claiming to have abducted 500 worshippers, including women and children. Muhibbat said she has stopped schooling due to trauma and lack of financial support.
