Accord Presidential candidate Dr Gbenga Hashim has declared that under an Accord administration, Nigerian refineries will have access to locally produced crude at a strategic domestic price. He said his government will support the Dangote refinery and others to conquer the global market. He also plans to achieve one million barrels per day refining capacity through direct and joint venture investments, and insists petrol can sell at N605 per litre.
