The National Pension Commission (PenCom) is targeting a total capital commitment of N300 billion to deepen critical infrastructure investment across Nigeria. Director-General Ms. Omolola Oloworaran said pension fund operators have already committed N241 billion under an infrastructure framework established with FSD Africa. She stated that actual asset deployments are expected to commence by the second quarter of 2027. Oloworaran emphasized that this step marks a significant move in infrastructure financing.
