In its weather outlook released in Abuja on Sunday, NiMet predicted patches of clouds over the northern region throughout Monday morning, followed by thunderstorms and moderate rains later in the day. The North-Central region is expected to experience cloudy conditions in the morning, with isolated thunderstorms and moderate rains later, affecting the Federal Capital Territory, Nasarawa, Benue, Kogi, Niger, and Plateau states. For the southern region, NiMet anticipated similar weather patterns.
