“We Have No Political Party To Favour” – INEC Chairman Amupitan Reaffirms Neutrality Ahead Of 2027 General Election

The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Joash Amupitan, SAN, has reaffirmed the commission's neutrality ahead of the 2027 general election. He said the commission has no candidate or political party to favour. The statement was made as preparations continue for the next general election.
