Propartners launches Impact Note 1 Tranche 1 — a new crowdfunded investment opportunity to channel capital into Ghanaian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)

Propartners, a licensed crowdfunding intermediary and platform in Ghana, will officially launch Impact Note 1 Tranche 1 at a bell-ringing ceremony on October 1, 2026. The tranche is the first under the company's Impact Note 1 Note Programme. The programme is a Medium-Term Note Programme structured through PCS PLC, a Special Purpose Vehicle established to raise investment capital from eligible investors. The capital will be deployed into a portfolio of selected and pre-qualified Ghanaian small and medium-sized enterprises through a regulated crowdfunding framework.
