Morgan Stanley says the AI infrastructure trade still has legs, despite bottlenecks. In a September 24 note, the bank said limited power supply and labor constraints are creating a bottleneck in the trade. The bank shared a list of 12 AI bottleneck stocks with at least 40% upside, including NextEra and GE Vernova. Analysts led by Stephen Byrd wrote that demand for compute is likely to significantly exceed supply for years to come.
