Ron Masciantonio left his role as executive vice president and general counsel at Five Below to start his own law practice. He now spends around 20 hours a week training AI through the company Micro1. He said AI training has been intellectually fulfilling, provided an additional revenue stream, and made him a better lawyer. He practiced law for over 25 years before leaving Five Below after about seven years.
