The Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday ordered the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) to continue granting petroleum products import licences to three major oil marketers: Matrix Energy, AA Rano, and AYM Shafa. The court directed that the licences be granted in line with relevant laws. This ruling ensures that the three companies can continue their fuel import operations. The order was issued following a legal challenge.
