The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled October 13 for the hearing of an application filed by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The motion seeks to amend his suit against President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) regarding alleged forgery. The court fixed the date on Monday.
