A journalist tested Instinct's AI agent for planning two trips: a work trip and a European vacation. For the work trip, the AI quickly created a solid itinerary but suggested an impossible flight. When asked to plan a vacation, the process took much longer and diminished the excitement of travel, leading the writer to question the value of AI in trip planning.
