This follows reports that Manchester City were found guilty of all but one of 115 Premier League charges for breaching financial regulations, including failures to provide accurate details for player and manager payments for nine seasons. Mancini, now coach of Italy, made the comments ahead of his team's UEFA Nations League match in Turkey. He emphasized that the matter has been discussed for years and that Manchester City has not been found guilty.
