The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled October 13 to hear a motion filed by Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party. The motion seeks to amend his suit against President Bola Tinubu. The court fixed the date for the hearing of the application.
