The All Progressives Congress (APC) has won all chairmanship and councillorship seats in the Enugu State local government elections. A Premium Times review of the 17 chairmen-elect shows that 12 were re-elected for a second term, while five were elected for the first time. The sweep indicates the party's dominance in the state's local council polls.
