The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission and Kaduna State have taken the top spots in a transparency and integrity ranking. The report noted that only a few institutions performed well. Many institutions scored less than 20 per cent in the ranking. The ranking assessed transparency and integrity among public institutions.
