The Adewole Adebayo/Bugaje Presidential Campaign Council of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) has accused President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of violating the 1999 Constitution by remaining outside the country beyond the period it said was constitutionally permissible. The campaign made this allegation in a statement by its Chief Communications and Media Adviser, Comrade Mark. The SDP campaign claims the extended vacation constitutes a constitutional breach.
