Justice Peter Lifu of the Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned a suit filed by Nafiu Bala Gombe, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), challenging the leadership of the party led by Sen. David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola. The matter was adjourned to October 5 for hearing. The court will hear the substantive suit on that date.
