A court has fixed a date for judgment in a suit filed by Obaro against Yahaya Bello concerning the Kogi Central senatorial primary. In an originating summons filed on May 29, Obaro urged the court to declare that he scored the highest number of lawful votes cast in the May 18 primary poll. He seeks a declaration that he is the lawful winner whose name should be forwarded to INEC as the APC's candidate.
