The Bauchi State Police Command has arrested a 33-year-old housewife, Hauwa'u Haruna, for allegedly killing her co-wife, Jamila Adamu, 43, in Bauchi metropolis. The incident occurred on Saturday at Tafawa Balewa Housing Estate following a domestic dispute. Police spokesperson SP Nafiu Habib said the suspect allegedly struck the victim on the forehead with a pestle, causing her to lose consciousness, and was reportedly acting under hallucinations. Detectives have documented the scene and are investigating.
