Kenneth Okonkwo said he was misled about Peter Obi's Anambra debt record. The state said eight external facilities associated with projects during Obi's tenure had a combined contracted value of $123.77 million. As of June 30, 2026, $92.35 million was outstanding, based on figures attributed to the Debt Management Office.
