Dr Chibuzo Onyema, founder of the Blacks Ancestral Native Communities (BANC) Foundation, has called for a partnership between the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, relevant government agencies, employers, development partners, and international organisations to address irregular migration among young Africans. Onyema, who convened the Anti-Irregular Migration Summit, said skills acquisition alone is insufficient. The proposed partnership aims to establish pathways to tackle the issue.
