Sage Grey Finance Limited has announced plans to transition into a commercial bank in 2027 and aims to become a tier-one Nigerian bank within 10 years, with wholesale, retail, and commercial banking operations. The firm also plans to become a non-operating holding company and later a consolidated proprietary investment company. Managing Director/CEO Temitope Runsewe disclosed these plans at the company's 10th anniversary celebration in Lagos, noting that the firm started as an advisory firm providing financial advisory and corporate finance services.
