Standard Bank Group and Huawei have announced a strategic cloud partnership aimed at advancing digital and intelligent finance across Africa. The expanded partnership was announced at HUAWEI CONNECT 2026 in Shanghai. It will focus on application modernisation, cloud technologies, data capabilities and artificial intelligence. The collaboration is intended to help Standard Bank build a more agile, scalable and resilient technology foundation for its operations across Africa.
