Two prominent members of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Sokoto State, Alhaji Sanusi Mai Kyame and Alhaji Umar Salah, have defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC). Mai Kyame is a former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Sokoto North Local Government Area. They were received into the APC by party officials.
